Detail Drawings and Specifications
Complex plans or projects that are to be built by Landscape Contractors may need more detailed drawings and written descriptions in order to be clearly understood or to form the basis of a secure contract. We can produce technical drawings for construction features in timber, metal, brick, concrete, or stone, details for complex soft landscape operations and write outline or detailed specifications for the work if required.

Planning Permission
New schemes may need Planning Permission and our designs are used as part of our submission to the Local Authority to obtain consent to do the work. We are now very experienced in doing this on private and commercial projects.

We often work in conservation areas where much of the work requires Planning Permission. This may include work to existing trees and new tree planting, garden buildings and boundaries, formation of parking spaces and access to bring cars off the road.

We can prepare and submit Planning Applications on your behalf charged for on an hourly basis or a fixed fee.
