Step 7: BUILD
At the end of the design process we can build the garden ourselves or oversee it being built by others.
Following our initial meeting we send a Fee Proposal setting our our costs for each stage of the design process. Each stage is priced separately and the client can choose how far they wish to go.
We usually work on a fixed price basis, but also offer hourly rates, if more appropriate. Design fees start at £800 for a small town garden, but costs vary depending on the complexity of the project, and works involved.
Garden Consultations
Not everybody needs a complete garden design yet there may be areas of the garden that are in need of a revamp. We offer a 2-hour Advice Consultation in your garden, on any aspect that needs improvement. This costs £140. Additional hours are charged at £60/hr. For meetings more than 10 miles for our Surbiton base we charge travel expenses of 50p per mile.
